i noticed that when i called the lexus parts @ lexus dealer for a oil filter 90915YZZD1 they gave me a price of $9 something (approx $10) ..way to high. So then i called a toyota parts dealer and asked them same filter and they said as $5.40 and they threw in a oil plug gasket too.
So always ask toyota parts too..

I'd go with QSUD (Quaker State Ultimate Durability) for $18 at Walmart. Or Pennzoil Platinum ($22). Both QSUD and PP have very similar VOA. They are practically the same oil, both produced by SOPUS.

Many people have had oil consumption issues with Mobil 1.

I bought one of those a year or so ago for ~$30. Its works just fine but you need a reference book to look up the description of the code. The tool just reads the code.

Float 12v charger is available for less than $7 at Harborfrieght with coupon.

If you dont use your RX very often, this is cheap way of maintaining a charge.
