Black paint fading around windows (oxidation)

My paint is fading around the windows and on the wiper blades. They are black and it is fading out white. Can I remedy this myself?

Same problem ....... I'm wondering if I can paint it over if I lay down adhesion promoter

I assume you mean wiper arms not blades. And yes, you can paint the door trim around the windows.
