Exclamation Rotor HELP!!!!!

Ok so the previous owner neglected his brakes and upon inspecting them today after noticing a loss of brake power over the past week the rotors have deep cuts in them and the pads are nearly gone, the problem is I've got 3 of the rotors changed but cannot get the back left one to come off, I have backed the parking brake off as far as I can turn it but still it wont come off it wont even wiggle, if you rotate it there is just a slight grinding noise that can be heard when it gets to a certain spot but it spins very freely?? Have hit it a little on the drum with a hammer but no movement at all, I am hesitant to really bang on it in case it wont come off and Im stuck with changing out the other back rotor and only have new ones on the front, any advise?

There are two holes in the rotor near where the rotor has holes for the studs to go through. These holes are threaded and allow a 8mm x 1.25 pitch bolt to go in there.

Get two bolts that are 8mm x 1.25 pitch, probably at least 30mm in length. The heads of the bolts are either a 12mm or 13mm typically.

Turn them equally (1-2 full turns at a time on each bolt) and this will help pull the rotor off for you

Thanks I was wondering what those were for, tomorrow I'll get to the hardware store and try and pick up some bolts, for now I've just got the two front ones done and switched the right rear back to the old brake so it is still drivable.

For the rears, the stud pass through the holes in the drum. The holes are ever so slightly bigger than the studs. if you can break the bond between the hub and the drum, you should be able to visually confirm the studs hit each side of the hole as you try to rotate the drum back and forth.

In a pinch, some folks have used the battery hold down studs.

Remember to purge the old fluid out.
