rear passenger window wont go down at all (checked owners manual and threads)
Hi all,
I just put a new battery in my wife's 2004 rx330 and now the rear passenger window won't move at all (even trying to control the window from that specific door). I had a problem with the other windows where I couldn't control them from the drivers side but I fixed that after reading the owners manual. The light on the passenger door is flashing, I tried disconnecting then reconnecting the battery again, and I didn't see any blown fuses, you all have any ideas? The window is stuck down so hopefully you all can provide some friendly advice soon!
Thanks,
- Zach

Maybe the driver door master swith or the door ecu is acting up. I think there are three main fuses that you have to check... 30amp PWR 25amp Door#1 and 25amp Door#2
Found this in the search as well ^_^

My money is on the master switch in the driver's door. If you happen to have any friends with an RX300, swap switches temporarily and see if that solves it. I would sort of hesitate to spend close to $200 online for a switch in case it's not the problem.

Fuse looks ok, I'm at the dealership now, so we'll see! I'll let you all know what the deal is after they find out, thanks for the suggestions.

Figured out the problem, apparently the circuitry on the passenger door was fried, the master switch on the driver door was OK. $300 installed, I think next time I have to change my battery I'll just pay the premium and have the dealership install! Thanks everybody for the suggestions.

There are times when I say pay the dealer but this does not qualify.
