Do we need to do Chassis Lube
I examined the service history at dealer. I found out that they perform Chassis Lube each time when oil change is being done. Is it a necessary step to lube the Chassis?

There are no lube points. Propeller shaft (AWD) may have a nipple, but I dont own one and I remember some posts that say there is none.
The only lube that can be done is lubing the various rubber bushings with silicone based spray to prevent squeaking.
Inspection is still valid.

"Chassis lube" was a service performed on old frame-and-body cars up until about 1960-1970 when most cars had become monocoque bodies (which don't need it). It may also have included shooting grease into some driveline and suspension components with grease nipples, but they have also been replaced (around the same time) with sealed components.
But they keep it on the "service" bills to make you think they actually do something for the outrageous prices they charge!
