Low surging idle
Hello I've tried cleaning the IACV multiple times and I still get a low idle and it will occasionally bog and almost stall, is this a sign the IACV is bad or could it be something else wrong in the fuel delivery system? The air filter is brand new and I always run premium fuel.

Yes I have cleaned the IACV and the MAF multiple times and in idle at park the rpm is a little below the mark that is right under the 1000 mark so like 600-700, in gear it drops to probably 500 or less sometimes and it is really inconsistent, like surging and some times it'll drop to like 100-200 then jump back to a little over 1000 and then back to the 500-700 range.

I'd also take a look at the transmission fluid level and color/consistency. Partially clogged injectors could also be a source for this issue, along with a dirty air filter.
Old trick I used to do before I modified my air intake was after cleaning everything and still seeing an issue, I'd remove my air filter and drive around and see if I still got the issue, one reason I switched to the K&N after using the stock initially.

I cleaned the IACV with carb cleaner and it moves freely and as for the color of the Transmission fluid it is bright red and has the same consitency and clarity of brand new fluid. All the other fluids i.e. coolant, oil, brakes, power steering they're all clear and bright in their colors they look brand new even though I got 130k miles on the car. I used a MAF cleaner from CRC and that helped a little at first but then the idle got rough after about 20 miles of running, the air filter has less than 1000 miles on it and it is still very clean with no signs of debris at all.

A P0420 can trigger the check engine light, but that's about the only effect on the system...it's just an emissions component.
I know people here in Florida that have that come on and don't replace it (unless or until they have the cash and time to do so), as we no longer have emissions testing in the state since 2000 (silly for a state so flat with good coastal winds).
