I have re-read the posts and am not even sure WHAT part you ordered, since you didn't say. If it's on the engine, there is no "drivers side" and "passengers side". There is "Bank 1" and "Bank 2". Bank 1 is to the rear, by the firewall and Bank 2 is to the front, by the radiator. 2/4/6 would be to the front, by the radiator.
If you're talking about the OXYGEN sensor, you would have to have dual exhaust to have a "drivers side" and "passengers side". I believe most RX 300's only have a single exhaust.
