Welcome to Club Lexus!

I usually clean my leather seats, with Turtle Wax Leather Seat Conditioner. As far as cleaning under the hood, I haven't done it, as it isn't all that dirty.

If you want information on detailing, this part of the forum may be more helpful: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/aut...detailing-122/
^ it has threads on Lexus leather, waxing the car, cleaning under the hood, etc.

If it were me I would stay away from pressure washers. In the past when I wanted to clean an engine I used Simple Green Cleaner and rinse with a regular hose under spray pressure.
You need to cover ALL electrical devices /connectors with Saran Wrap especially the Alternator and the ABS unit. Immediately after rinsing start the engine and let it heat up in order to dry it out completely. Just my opinion.

Or do like I do and blow everything off with my air compressor. Then start the vehicle, put the A/C on so the fans kick on and helps to dry things out.

You should be fine with the power washer and soaper at most commercial car washes. Don't use a commercial pressure washer designed for houses/decks/driveways, etc.
