Need advice - front/rear window washer motors
This is on one of two 2000 RX300 in the house. Both the front and rear washer nozels no longer spray any fluid. I don't hear the "woooo" noise the washer motors used to make. The fluid tank is full; the wipers work; just no fluid spray.
It happened a couple of days ago, when I noticed that the front and rear washer sprays have difficulty to make the normal spray - the front sprays came out at just about one inch high; the fluid stopped coming out completely at the front and rear nozels a day ago.
I checked the fuse box - the #39 fuse (20 amp) seems OK (no burn out sign).
According to the Chilton electric wiring diagrams, the front and rear have separate washer motors. Somehow, both "chose" to quit working at the same time?
I have not been able to locate the washer motors in the engine compartment; where are they located?

Both use the same motor, it is on/in the reservoir.

Thanks for the note and links.
On my 2000 RX300, the wheel well lining plastic is a large piece that bends to underneath the front bumper. Before replacing the motor, I slide the lining open a little bit and get the part # (which is 85330-20470 or 060210-4090) on the bad motor. After I got the part from the local Toyota dealer (which took just three days), I raised the wheel and took it down (neccessary in my case to get more work space), loose four screws on the plastic lining (to prevent fracking the plastic when pulling it to create access). When pulling the bad motor off it came out with the rubber seal; first I tried to insert the new motor with the rubber seal on it, but could not get the motor seat well. Then, I tried to insert the rubber seal w/o the motor first and then push the motor into the seated seal; this time it is much easier and no leaks. Then put everything back on. It took me a little more than an hour, but without breaking anything.
Thank you.
