Thanks, hypervish. I was happy to discover a set of 2005 RX330 wheels on Craigslist about 150 miles away. I also prefer the LED taillights I found on eBay over the red ones originally on my 2000 model. Oh, and I love that grill on mklemovitc's black Silversport!

ya those rims always looked good on any RX models..So you just bought them and fitted right tire and it fit easily or you had to do some adjustment. Also any difference in driving compare to original

This is my mom's 2002 RX300. I enjoy driving it when I get a chance to. I still take care of her basic maintenance like oil changes...lol.

It's about to go into the body and paint shop for detailing due to so many accumulated dings and scratches over the years.

Yes, even though the RX300 had 16" rims, I just bought the 2005 RX300 18" rims with the OEM Michelin Energy 235/55/18 tires and they seem to fit perfectly. It seems to drive nearly as well as it did with the 16" rims. It does have a slight vibration of the steering wheel at about 80 MPH but I rarely drive that fast; nonetheless I do plan on have the alignment done when I get a chance. Some other ClubLexus members might be able to better describe the wheel's offset and speedometer variance, etc. I suspect the speedometer's accuracy may have been affected by 2 or 3 MPH but when I drive by those automated radar MPH signs that tell you how fast you're going they still see accurate.

The speedometer is off by 2 mph (reads higher, not lower) with the stock tires.

BTW: The vibration is probably from the tire balance, not from the wheel alignment. Although it doesn't hurt to have a good alignment.

The rims really make the RX look young.

GregBrown, keep us updated with after pics once you get her repainted in pure white.

I took these pics of mine looking better than before thanks to the expert advice shared by CL members including the LED taillights and I touched up the lower gray camouflaging door dings and little nicks and scratches on all four sides - http://www.brandsport.com/toy-00258-ucab8.html .

Thanks, Bobster.

Here's the eBay link for my transaction: http://www.ebay.com/itm/271004699741...84.m1497.l2649

I noticed that the vender I bought them from does not currently have any more ads for the same tails. You may be able to contact him through eBay messages and purchase directly from him. Here's his eBay link: http://myworld.ebay.com/x3racing?_trksid=p2047675.l2559

Yea I found some that looks just like those except are clear not smoked for about the same money. I will pick up some after I do other mods first. Ordered speakers to start with. My stereo sounds horrid!
