I got into an Accident, take my baby to the shop to Replace the Front Grill and A/C Condenser which sit in front of the radiator.
I pick my baby up last night, temp around here still in the 80 so I turned on the A/C, it runs fine with good cold air coming out, but the Hissing noise keep repeatedly coming and going Please help!
Why the A/C system making Hissing noise? it bugging me out! first I though it was a snake some where in the hood or the glove comparment

I would suggest try to sit in another RX and see if the sound is the same.

There is a hissing sound that comes due to expansion valve. You may like to ask the shop to recheck the refrigerant pressure.

Don't know why they do that but I have charged A/C's for 40 years and there were just some that did that after an evacuation and charge, even on my own vehicle. It never seemed to hurt anything but for some reason there were cars that you could hear the hissing from the expansion valve after a E&R when you couldn't before.
