Guys ... make your point and leave it at that. In most cases people have their mind made up and nothing will convince them.
I tried to explain that the millennium celebrations should happen on Jan 01, 2001 but practically the whole world celebrated one year ahead.

PS: Note I am not siding with either viewpoints ,,, each to his own.

this has nothing to do with what we can afford. This is all about science. I also have an SC430 and a couple of years ago some guy said his SC rode so much better with nitrogen in the tires. This is right up there with that. I have a background in physics and engineering and you have no idea what you are talking about. I will comment no more. Over and out.
(Salim, if I may respond one more time) when a motor recommends/requires 91 octane or above. It`s not simply for the performance, when using a lower grade fuel, it will run on it. However, (and here comes my point) your catalyst, head`s and exhaust system will run much hotter because the ecm will retard ignition timing, richen up the fuel mixture, as well as other things to make the motor run with out destroying itself. . Personally, I would never voluntarily use a fuel that will cause the motor to run on retard ignition timing (which is exactly what it does below 91 octane)....ever.
