What are the chances of some one else's solution being applicable to yours?
Check fuses.
Start tracing presence/absence of voltage with the aid of a wiring diagram.
The wiring diagram will help narrow down areas to check if you know certain group of items are not getting juice.

not sure but I figure if it work other ill give it a try. I recently installed headunit on my 2006 es330 the backlight on my climate control panel won't light up all the button work, weird thing is the LCD bucklight turn on when I disconnect one of the connector on the back of the climate control so I know the backlight not dead

Found the panel fuse burn replace it now when I turn off my head light the LCD of the climate control turn on when I turn on the headlight or put to auto it turn off as for the backlight on the button none of them light up, I figure it could be the new radio so I try putting the factory radio back still won't turn on

If I understand your statement correctly, you have no power coming to the fuse box by the driver's left knee. That box is powered by fuse-box in the engine compartment, located above the front left wheel. Some of the fuses there are bolted in and one can not pull them out.
Best thing to do is to get a wiring diagram and trace 12v lines.
