Stalled during Breaking and Won't Start
My 2001 Lexus RX 300 stalled as we breaked for a car in front of us. We pulled over and put it into park and tried to start it again but with no success. It turns over and sounds as if it is not getting enough fuel. The starter is good. We replaced the fuel pump and during that time it was noticed that the timing belt had a small tear so that was replaced as well. The vehicle still will not start. Any suggestions?

Have tried starting with gas pedal partially pushed down .. this will compensate for IACV (if there is a problem with that).
You can disconnect the battery and reconnect after 10 mins or so as a desperate ECU cleanup move.

The odds of any one guessing correctly over the internet is very low.
It can be your imobilizer (ignition key), fuel injection, air, spark and timing. Open the hood and look for obvious signs. Smell the exhaust and as a last resort have it towed to a shop.
