Wiring was pretty simple, everything you need (except for a power source lead) comes with the kit, you will need to take the seat back off (its easy) and unbolt the seat (you don't have to take the seats out of the car, but you will need to lean them forward to run the wires under the carpeting to the center console)...I wired the power to the same source as the factory stereo.
Was about to buy these last week. Saw someone install it in a sienna on youtube. was scared about the color mismatch. Can you post some more pics of the front? How is the video quality? I believe it has a sony eye reader?

Yes, SONY readers, and I purchased the "HIGH DEF" screens, the picture is really good. The leather color surprised me, as I expected them to not match. I had planned to use some leather dye to match the color, and decided against it.
Anyway, the guy in that video did not seem to know what he was doing. The back of the RX seats (the part with the seat-back pocket) comes off really easy, which makes the wiring simple to do. Also, the posts provided with my set worked perfectly.
I will try to take a good color photo tomorrow, in the sun.

That is quite an understatement... :-)
I wired the power to the same source as the factory stereo.
Would you have been able to wire each one into the corresponding power seat, or would that overload the circuit?
Does the "Master -> Slave" "Slave <- Master" "Master Master" concept that he talked about work (meaning right can watch left's video, left can watch right's, or to each his own)?
I'm not mechanically inclined, but am really tempted to take this on... It seems to me that the "scariest" part is splicing off an existing power source. I wish the RX had a new usable "spare" fuses.
