Default epoxy or fiberglass

I was originally going to post this on sounddomain.com but I've been having trouble posting anything on their site for the last few days. Its not that I don't trust the people here, its just that I try and keep my messages more lexus orientated on this site. But, this question is for subwoofers that I'm putting into my RX300.

I was just wondering if there is any significant difference between using epoxy or fiberglass resin. I'm almost finished with my box and will be putting on the final touches within the next few days. I went down to Home Depot and couldn't decide which liquid to get. Any thoughts, ideas, and opinions are greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Also, any ideas on how much I should get of either one for a 10.5 cubic foot box?

Heck, while I'm at it, does anyone know if I could buy sometype of vinyl that I could use as covering for the box? I was talking to my cousin about carpeting the thing when he suggested getting vinyl. I think it would go well with the leather and it would be somewhat unique. Thanks again.
