OEM replacement HID bulb

Can someone please tell me what the OEM replacement HID bulb part number is? I don't want to upgrade I just want the OEM bulb. Is it 4500K? I have seen prices anywhere from $17 to $135. $17 seems way too low. $135 seems too steep. Also if anyone knows a good place to get one. ALso, how do I know if it is the bulb or the ballast? Any info is appreciated. I have a 2002 AWD if it helps.

Ok after some more research I realize I need a D2R bulb, what is the OEM Lexus brand used and what Kelvin?
