Fuel pump fuse
Anyone know where it is located at? I am not getting power to the pump on the RX. I cant seem to find it on the fuseblock in the engine bay or under the dash. Ideas? IS there maybe an inline fuse?

The power to the pump is not by a straight run.
The following is based on my understanding of electronic fuel lift pumps for vehicles (RX may have a different solution)
The power is driven from a circuit that provides ignition ... as long as the plugs are energized and sparking (engine running) the pump gets +12v. Once the ignition is dead the pump is cut off. This prevents gasoline to be pumped out by a cut in the pipe in case of an accident.
The circuit has another circuit built on top that allows the pump to be energized when the key is either inserted in the ignition to let the pump prime up.
Hope this helps and appreciate the engineering that goes into building the vehicles.

The process to check the pump out is by bypassing the safety circuit. If you have access to service manual you will find it there. In case you dont own one, you can purchase access form alldata (or something similar)

There is no fuse for the fuel pump.
But there is a relay.
It's called a Circuit Opening Relay, located in the drivers lower finish panel.
Back probe the Black/Red tracer wire to see if you have power. (engine cranking). This wire goes straight to the FP.
If you think it's the relay an you don't have another relay to compare it to. Just grab the horn relay under the hood. Black cover near the battery.

Hi. Help me to understand this diagram. I'm trying to find the circuit opening relay. I don't see anything in the driver's lower finish panel that looks like the horn relay. I'd like to switch the horn relay with the circuit opening relay but I can't find the circuit opening relay under the dash. Never mind... just realized the fuse is BEHIND the panel.
