I ended up totaling $551. They are selling them in Japan for about $300 USD, but it was a huge hassle which drove the costs up.
First off, these are made when ordered, so there is a week+ lead time. I would have had one last year, but my friends called them up to purchase it on the day before they were flying home, so that didn't work out.

They went to visit again this year so I asked them to try again, and it got more complicated.
The company is located at the southwest end of Japan. They do not accept credit cards. So my friends had to do a wire transfer. Then they make the part, and mailed it to Tokyo (they will not ship outside of Japan). From there, my friends had to mail it back to the US.
Total pain in the ***....but worth it, I hope

Very nice! I can't tell if it's painted body color, or if it's the black plastic finish.

It needs to be painted...they are made of some sort of satin black plastic.

I will post up picks when everything is painted and ready....I have several new items to install.....but I just had a baby girl today...so it will be several weeks at best, before everything is installed
