Does anyone know where I would get the bracket that slides inside the rails of the roof rack? I only need one. It seems only rail or crossbar kits are available as after market. Lexus does not have the braket or kits. Any ideas?

You may not be able to purchase that piece separately.
You can probably have a metal shop fabricate one by waterjetting a copy and then tapping the hole.

Or order the roof rails, here's a set on EBAY
