I was never able to find one, but I'm not near a junk yard. If you are, you may want to try looking at Toyota SUVs of the same era. I ended up getting mine from a junk yard, but it took a bit of looking in my area and it wasn't cheap by a long shot. Before I found it, I successfully used steel putty to repair my broken one. That lasted a good 5 months or so. You might try that until you get a replacement.

Thanks for the info, now I can be at ease with my $60 purchase on internet.. 
It was cheaper than local Lexus or Toyota store. ($115 approx). So I had no choice. On the bright side...The junk yards had plenty of cars but non of them were a lexus RX300, so it must be a sign that this car never dies

Power window switch
You said Toyota Highlander opposite of RX300. I need Power window switch ($940@ Lexus dealer) and eBay..$78 but it caused draw on my battery. Which year Highlander would work for 2001 RX300 (if a switch interchangeable)??
