so it begins...
just did a test fit of my 20" lowenhart LS1s that i ordered from wheelexperts.com (they were recommended by CL in the wheels forum). the wheels are imported by dazz from what i understand and dazz assured us (wheelexperts and me) that these wheels would be direct bolt (20x9 +37) and if not, i had the option to return them. well, they don't fit! CRAP...they are about a half inch off...should i go ahead and try to run spacers? i don't want my ride lookin' like a skateboard with the rims sticking out hella...should i return them??? i'm not worried about returning them as peter from wheelexpert.com was very easy to work with when i was ordering the wheels and has had great communication with me...stay tuned...

hrm, i dont know.. how does it look tho??
nice??
MAN!!! on Friday i was driving down a crowded chinatown like area in the city and i saw a rx300 with 20's on them.... LOOKED DAMN SWEET!!! It was riding kinda high and wheels flaring out
it was beautiful. But while i saw it spining, it looked as tho it was those rims that goes on LOW RIDERS... so i dunno... looked kinda funny, the rims itself, but the 20's and setup was sweet...
its all up to you. If the price was really good, spacers work out well, then keep it? if not then return it and get your money back
good luck man
try some pics =)

thanks!
sprint - the rims are 20x8.5 and the offset is +24 in rear and +44 in front. they are direct bolt per dazz and lsportline. price wasn't cheap tho...d'oh $4300 w/o tires or s/h...yikes

obi - not sure why the +44 offset in front. that's what lsportline/dazz suggested. something bout should allow me to turn corner to corner w/o rubbing...we'll see! i think the rims will be here late this week *crossing fingers*

back rim
20x8.5 +24 offset...plenty of back spacing to clear rear strut...DIRECT BOLT, NO SPACERS! doesn't look like it's gonna stick out beyond wheel well either...

back rim pt 2
the rear lip is bigger...with the staggered set up it's gonna look almost like a rear wheel drive

Beautiful wheels. I can't wait to see them on your RX. What tire size are you going with? Also, I checked wheelexpert.com and didn't see any sizes, do they come in 18?
