Default Where to mount ballasts?

I am ready to put in my HID kit but i'm not sure where everyone is mounting their ballasts on the RX. I took a look and the passenger side seemed to have lots of space for the ballast but not so much on the drivers side.

It would be helpful if i could see some pictures of where everybody else put them.

I do not want to remove the bumper.

Thanks!

Are you going to use the double sided sticky tape that the HID kit came with? If so, mines did NOT stick. I had to remove my HID's until I get around to removing the bumper and finding some place to mount it and screwing it down

Here's were I put mine:
Mine came with a bracket and just used self tapping screws to hold it down.

hmm mine did not come with brackets so i will try out the double sided tape+ zip ties first.

Do you guys think its safe to put the ballast on the plastic battery cover?
And on the passenger side I will put it on the metal that is visible on the 3rd picture that Nad provided( by the Coolant tank)

what kit did you get? i have a 55w kit and i put mine right on top my battery...away from the + - ends but its on top of the plastic with double sided tape. had them their for a while nothing happened. the other one i put on top my ABS module. thats the thing in the last picture with all the metal little straw looking tubes, once again 3m double sided tape right on top of it.
