I had the codes P1150 and P1130. Note that my RX just touched 100K

After erasing the codes i have driven 2000 miles without the CEL coming back.
Though i made the following changes.
(1) Switched to 91 Octane from 87 octane.
(2) Used Cheveron Techron Fuel Injector cleaner continuously for 2-3 tank full of gas.
(3) Use only Cheveron gas.

Initially the mpg improved to 17 from the previous poor 14. But again i see the mpg has gone back to 14 in city driving.
I really don't know what was the reason for initial improvement and then back to poor mpg. Since the codes 1150 and 1130 points to both the AF sensors i am thinking that my AF sensor really needs to be replaced.

Anyways i ordered the Elmscan 5 compact yesterday and hoping to use the included software to get my AF sensor readings and see if only one of the AF is bad. :-)
Any suggestion on what the Elmscan readings should look like? Does it show the graph or just the numeric value of the AF voltage?

Default Autel OBDll

My MaxiScan OBDll arrived today. Amazon.com lowered the price to $23.99, then they added $5.20 for shipping. I guess that is one way to get around the free shipping.
When the ice from the storm we are having clears up I will check out this new tool.

You know what it was. I think you had to have $25 to get the free supersaver shipping. I ended up getting some other small item to get it over $25, because I remember it saying you need $0.01 for free super save shipping.

I tried to get the graphing function to work last night. However, I had to clear a code, a P0171, and that messed up the readiness monitors. Meaning I have to drive it (won't do that until I go to Taekwondo in the afternoon) and by the time I get home perhaps it will be ready to run the graphs. Something with the program doesn't permit A/F sensor monitoring until the readiness monitors are good to go.

I'm itching to try the dyno and 1/4 mile on Digimoto, but I have to find the right spot to launch. The only tracks we have in the county are to 1/8 mile tracks on the extreme NW and SE sides of the county, but hopefully I can find a back road somewhere.

The Elmscan Compact software just shows numbers that vary (no graphs), just the voltage. However, let's see what pops up.

Let me know the moment your Elmscan arrives.

Default Elmscan Data.(Poor iphone pix)

My Elmscan tool arrived yesterday and i was able to get some data from it.
I drove for around 15-20 minutes, parked it for about 15 minutes while i installed the drivers and changed the COM port setting. Started the RX again and took the readings after about 5-7 minutes. Also i was accelerating in between to increase the RPM and get different readings for the AF Sensors.

On page 3/8 only the Bank1Sensor1 shows reading between approx 0.2-0.85V. On page 4/8 Bank2Sensor1 also shows data though i don't know what WR means. Looking at the data does it look that my AF sensors (Bank 1 Sensor 1 and Bank 2 Sensor 2) are either totally blown out or have loose connection or i am not taking the readings correctly? As i have mentioned earlier that my CEL came with code P1130 and P1150 but after erasing the codes i have not seen CEL again for last 2000 miles.

Any suggestion would be appreciated. Sorry for the poor iphone pix. I should have carried my digital camera.

Turn on those short term and long term fuel monitoring if you can, that's key also.

And here's the other one we'll put up for comparison. Note, my coolant temp is going to be lower because of my cooling modifications, particularly the the TRD T-stat.

Default Elmscan results.

I am confused and not able to figure out if my AF sensors are really bad and if yes then which ones. I would really really appreciate some comments from others. I am putting the Elmscan pix.
The pix are
First Set is without any acceleration.
Second set is with acceleration on the parked car.
