Default Timing belt and whatelse needed 107k mileages?

Good Morning. My 2000 AWD goes over 107K miles. I am thinking to replace the TB, WP, Tensioner & Idler pulleys, Tensioner, Valve cover gaskets w/ spark plugs seals, Valve cover Seal Washer and Thermostate (never changed since 6/2005). I would like to keep this truck longer period of time. I already bought the TB, WP and Coolant from the dealer. Is it a good idea to replace the other parts at the same time?
Pulleys(2) are expensive at the dealer about $ 160.00 but Koyo pulleys are only $50.00. How is the Koyo pulley? Are they OEM quality?
Thanks your input.

Gazi- I guess I've already given you the answer to that in the PM. Yes, the Koyo are the OE maker.
