Well, I had one for sale a week ago Try jfkfdr on ebay - he is who I bought and returned by drivier's side airbag too. I needed a 2001 and he sold me a 2002. It was a tan airbag.

You'll have to have a 2002 airbag if you have a 2002 because of the change in wiring from 2001. I think it is because the addition of a dual stage airbag.
The '99-'00 airbags are a different shape altogether.

Thanks for the info... Can you tell me if the headlights are different cuz i have a set of headlights but it has different plugs so i assume i have to get the 2002 headlights also. Oh yea do you think i need to replace the airbag computer or do you think i can reset the computer when i get the airbags???

I'm not 100% certain, but I don't think you have to reset the computer when you replace the airbags. As for the headlights, the only differences you should encounter is between the HID and non-HID headlights. The HID's were only available for 2001+.
HID headlight housings will have a different mounting area to accept the HID bulb which is different from the way the 9006 halogen bulb mounts.
One way to be able to tell if your housing is HID or not (one shadetree way that I know of) is to look a the low beam lens. Look at the design inside the red square below. If you have this across the whole lens then it is HID, if it is just in the area like below then it is Halogen.
If you don't completely understand, ask, I will clarify.
