The 3rd brake lamp
The 3rd brake lamp bulb was replaced. The light did not come on, i checked fuse it appeared to be fine. I tested the wires that leads to the socket doe's not have any juice.What should i do

You got to trace the wires the down. Right behind the socket, there should be a connector. You may have to get your hands on the circuit diagram to help trace on paper.
Voltmeter can be handy to trace a break, but for corroded joints, having a bulb which draws current is better. Corroded joint in Lexus is very unlikely.

921 bulb
If it was working before, and you're replacing because the blown light indicator came on, then doubt a bad line "all of the sudden" came out. Unless of course your line went bad instead of the bulb.

Pole Position
There are some in Haynes manuals. The third brake light goes to the ligt failure sensor (where that is i dont know) it is a green/yellow wire. there should be a green/red wire also which is the rear brake lights wire. From the light failure sensor the green/white wire goes tothe stop light switch.
