I always bring my own Mobil 1 5W-30 to the dealer and let them do the oil change.
I'm owndering if I should run Mobil 1 0W-30...

What are you hoping to gain by running a cold viscosity of "0"? The owner's manual should spell out which conditions warrant which type of cold/warm viscosities you should use.
But synthetics are so superior in their cold/warm qualities than normal oil, it's almost a non-issue. ie... a 5w-30 sythnetic will flow much better(and consistent) when cold/warm than a 5w-30 normal oil will.
