Front Arm Rest Removal-How?
I want to put another arm rest on the front driver side arm rest, as its worn and cracked. How do I get the disk off and what's next? Thanks

pry the disc off with a flat head screwdriver (it's just friction fit). Then there's a nut you need to remove, not sure of the size.. prolly between 11 and 14mm maybe? you'll need to check when you have it removed...
If you haven't purchased another one yet, look into repairing the leather with stuff from "magicmender". Google magicmender and you'll find it. I've used their leather repair stuff on my leather in my rx300, with the ivory interior. Code is Ivory#375, not sure what color you have though... Brush or spray it on, and i swear it will look brand new. I did a repair on my own armrest, steering wheel over 2 years ago and it's held up perfectly!
