p1150 code

P1150 is related to Bank 2, Sensor 1 A/F sensor. That is the one that you can see when you open the hood and on the front of the engine block.
The different between the regular code and pending is that a pending code by itself won't light up the CEL and merely indicates that a condition has been detected that is 'out of bounds' of normal parameters for a brief moment so to speak, but not enough to be a problem. When this issue has been detected about 40 times, then the full code will light up. I get this routinely with P0171 because of my air intake modification (and being at sea level). Best thing is to just pull the EFI fuse or battery cable and see if it pops up again.
When I use to race the RX300 in Mexico, I'd often check the codes before running at the track and I'd get a P0171 pending with the scanner.

Pending codes usually is stored when it see's an intermittent problem. Engine light might not come on since it's not a constant issue and might correct itself.
If it gets bad enough then it sets a "hard" code. CHECK ENGINE light.

What I'd do is find a mechanic who has a more advanced OBD2 scanner that can read the sensor readings off both banks to see what is going on.
