Default new in my driveway 2002 RX300...now what?

Hey from up in snowy Canadian cottage country, living the life...
new to this Lexus thing, just bought (and really happy with step up from my Subaru) my RX300 with 153K. Can only obtain service records from dealer that stop at 90K so I have no idea of its maintenance schedule for the past couple of years, although the car seems to be in great shape. What would be a list of things to do/check?
I am booked in at T-Lex in Richmond Hill to avoid the amazing labour cost for a sensor replacement and a full once over.
I will be driving mega highway in commuting and am looking to invest and have this car for a LONG time.
Any help is appreciated,
Cheers.

Now what? ENJOY.

Your dealer should be able to suggest how to get current either in one go or over couple of services.

Welcome to the Club.

Let us know what issues they uncover, but generally the two biggest things to pay attention to our transmission fluid changes and oil changes.

So, is the 90K in kilometers too? The reason I ask is that the 90K-mile is a major service point and I wouldn't think the 90K-km point would be too.
