Default Changing tension pulley, idler bearings with timing belt change?

Hi,
My RX passed 100k and is due for a timing belt/water pump change. I asked my mechanic for a quote and recommended changing the tension pulley and idler bearings, as well as the camshaft seals and drive bolts while they are in there. Do they need to be changed?
Prices:
Timing belt - 305
Water pump - 257
Bearings - 206
Camshaft seals - 100
Drive bolts - 31
Thanks.

I am not in the camp of replacing something is that working 100% to anticipate to reduce labor charge if it fails in the future. On water pump or bearing, I don't believe there is a any reported failure, even with many RX300 going over 100K.
However, many members reported multiple seals leaking, so it is your call

Some items are preventive maintenance (tbelt).

The others can be preemptive ... water-pump

and some can be needed ... bearings developing a blue hue.

So it is combination of above.

I know when I changed the waterpump, I asked for the old one and found the bearing a quite good. I did detect a little roughness in one spot. Who knows how far the waterpump would have gone.
