Well I'm gonna give you a 
because it looks great, and seems like it works flawlessly. Was getting to the stock amplifier difficult for you? When I installed my JL Audio subwoofer one thing I needed was a feed from the stock amplifer to my MTX one to power the woofer, and it was going to hell and back finding that stock amp.

I told ya!!!! I was so upset when I purchased my car 5 years ago and was told when I bought it "No problem, we can install the factory navigation system in this" by the Lexus dealer..... I can't believe a car salesman would lie!!! Ran across the system on ebay and talked with the seller and decided to go for it, just wish I would have had it 4 years ealier. Very easy installation, if you can build a model from step by step instructions, you can do this! Have fun with it! Don't let it distract you from DRIVING!!!

wow i'm new here since i came from the lexusownersclub forums...this is really fantastic! i was almost thinking about selling my lexus till i saw this.

Are you doing the same deal at $1500 with the upgraded computer? I saw the ebay setup but thats close to $1600...?
are there inputs for back up camera too? or is that on later models like the 350 and 400's?
Anyhow, i'm all exciting about reading more stuff from clublexus!

give all the credit credit to flash14 for the great pictures and directions. he was one of the first buyers of the kit 4 years ago . he came up with the great install kit pictures to truly make it a 3 hour install.
all the lexus models can be retofited with factory nav but the rx300 is the easiet due to the directions. i have told other buyers that they could do this install even if they have never attempted even the simplest stereo install before. yosh certainly fits that bill only having replaced a light bulb berfore but still could install a complete factory navigation system in his rx due to flash 14 great directions. yosh,s rx300 was the 15th rx300 system installed with these directions.
this nav retrofit kit even works on 99 and 2000 even though nav wasnt yet available in usa those years. the 16th kit is available on ebay right now under seller name egusman. dont mistake it with the auction that shows the
6 disc changer as the navigation computer.

I will be the guinea pig after yoshrx300. Please send the black/gray 2004 upgraded kit with OEM navigation map DVD, as described on ebay, after you receive my check.
