Shocks/Struts for 1999 RX300
Car has 85K. Front ends dips when turning. What is average milage/life for shocks/struts? Ride is mushy.
Recommendations for brands? Monroe? OEM?
I have done other cars before and have spring compressors. Any issues with DIY?

Check down a few threads for recommendations. Personally, KYB GR-2 is what I would go with.
I have taken off the springs a few times with my uncle/cousins. Not really any different than any other vehicle, you just need the tools.
For shock/struts on this vehicle, I started noticing issues at 80K miles with creaking, but blew shock recently between 110K to 120K, but where I live ain't normal.
Did you notice any fluid leaks from the shocks. (sometimes it sprays the plastic molding in the wheel well)?
