i always wondered if a rear strut bar can fit on a rx300. i was thinking of using a front strut bar, but the rear is a little wider.

I am not sure if any of them will work. Even some of the aftermarket bushings for the lower suspension arms seem to be a PITA to install.

We looked at this a year or so ago in terms of aftermarket sway bars, but currently none are readily available and would have to be custom made.

One of the sad aspects of the RX series is the lack of aftermarket support (and now you know why I make a lot of custom designed stuff) Now, even in Asia, they do offer a ton of shocks/coilovers and other suspension pieces. Can't remember seeing sway bars or tie rods offhand though.

We have a stock strut bar, there is no low tire bars and frankly these mods do not matter much in handling because they only minimize body flex.
Do a search on sway bar, this topic is dicussed many times in the past.

ok let me get some things straight that i have read since ive posted.

sway bars
pros: reduces bodyflip
maximizes turning speed/capability to turn at higher speeds
cons: makes ride comfort worse?

i have a 99 rx300 awd...would i notice a dramatic difference in the comfort level of my drive? would it be bumpier or something? is it too bad to be worth it? ive read a couple of forums with mixed opinions on the 2 sides.

cold air intake...worth it? noticeable difference in power? worth the money?

no one can tell you since there is no aftermarket sway bar.
Sway bar are like shoes, must be fit to the purpose and size of the owner. Again, please search this forum, this topic is discussed many many times. Search is a wonderful tool, use it.
