I have replaced several sets at 120k miles and could never tell any difference with new plugs.
On BITOG, someone just posted pictures of Denso's from Toyota Sienna with over 300k miles. Impressive!

Don't just spray into the TB to clean the IACV before watching this video. If you follow this video your IAC should stay clean and smooth for a long time.

Default Hose destination?

On a side note, not the dirty part on the left, this is where most of the oil/gunk that comes through that crankshaft vent hose goes...back into the combustion. Disgusting but part of the design.
I had mine apart and don't recall where are the hose on the bottom left throttle body butterfly goes to.. I went through the pictures and didn't find the other end LOL. Any help would be appreciated it was smoking and stuff I believe it's coolant

Indeed there is. I test drove it cuz I was so stoked that I finally got an ECU transponder chip virginized and three keys programmed to it and got it started, that I pulled out of the drive to test drive it before I even put everything back together. It was dark and I was overzealous. LOL Then I saw smoke billowing. Indeed it was coolant, to my horror when I lifted the hood I realized both the new vti's weren't even plugged in, no air box. It ran fantastic though. There has to be a coolant line I missed, so I'll dig some more. Thank you kindly sir. There was some questions regarding vacuum routing, and there's some kind of solenoid pigtail that shares the same harness jacket as the maf sensor and I think that goes to a fuel vent line if I'm not mistaken. But when I bought the vehicle it ran great without it and passed emissions as well but I want everything copacetic. Thanks again

it was the coolant line after all. It comes off the throttle body left hand side underneath and goes to a coolant port hidden under the canister vent hose the valve cover. Evidently the TB has a water jacket as well.

When fuel is vaporized it draws heat from surroundings and to prevent freeze up the coolant is circulated in its vicinity. Lot of science goes into engine operation.
