Stereo Wiring Diagram
I got a '99 RX300 without the nakimichi, I'm installing a headunit but I'm stuck because the wires coming out of the stock radio aren't labeled. I was wondering if anyone had a diagram or knew the color codes for an RX300 stock stereo.
The only thing I've found useful online is from the12volt website, but it's not entirely accurate: colors are different etc.

Before you go too far, do your homework. The head unit as it talks to cd and radio, casette uses differntial drive l+,l-, r+ & r-.
Also Lexus uses propriatary serial link protocal.
Fitting in another unit is another problem.
Once you get to signal to amp and speakers, the signals are normal and the ohmage is standard.
