Okay, so I love my 02' RX300 COACH edition Lex, but there are two things I HATE about the car, #1, the window tint (need I say more???) #2, the cup holders in the console... I am thinking of purchasing a console from a newer RX330.
I had to have some work done on my Lexus over the weekend, and had a loaner 07' RX330 from the Lexus dealership. I measured the console, and think it would be a good fit, it matches my leather and interior nicely. Has anyone else attempted to make this mod on their RX300?

The question is the mounting, both slide but if the tracks can't be transferred then you would lose the slide. Any competent fabricator could make a bracket to fit the car with the console. Just takes money.

I have a feeling once one seat is removed, you would have a real good visual for making the mod. Good luck and send pictures...

It all fits perfectly you just have to rewrie the seat buttons

Where's the pics I wanna see...

I have an RX330 but I didn't know the console with included linkage was bolt on plug and play for RX300.
Wouldn't mind replacing mine with a black unit since my gray unit looks dirty so fast, already have the black foor mats and it looks good with the gray interior too.
