Oil Filter Location?
I must be blind. I can't seem to find the oil filter. Can someone please give me a description where I can find it? I swear I'm not stupid...but obviously blind.
Umm...forgot to mention I have a 2000 RX300.
Thanks in advance!

Oil filter is to the right of the alternator. You can reach it from under the car if you take out the plastic gaurd, or if you have smaller hands you can get it from the top. Just make sure the engine is cold since it is right under the header or exhaust manifold whatever you call that thing.

Its location is the reason I use the K&N so I can get at it from the top without opening anything up on the bottom of the vehicle.
Here is the photo of the location. Notice the engine oil dipstick in the upper left corner. That should help guide you.

oil filter location
Check out Ederny's site on how to change the oil.
Great pics on changing the position of the horn and location of the oil filter.
