Stay with the original Lexus/Toyota pads - don't go to a cheaper brand. Buy the pads online, such as Tammy suggested, or you can try a Toyota dealer. But, a Toyota dealer will only have them if they also fit a Toyota-branded vehicle. Toyota dealers won't touch Lexus-only parts.
Toyota does something strange to their brake designs... most of the time, if you put aftermarket pads on a Toyota product, they'll develop a squeaking noise shortly after you put them on. Also note that there is some little retaining clip on the pads that are on your car right now. That clip doesn't come with the new pads, even Toyota pads. You need to save that clip and put it on the new pads. If you don't, the Toyota pads will squeak, too.

The Lexus pads are boxed Toyota from my recollection.
However, unless you are going to go for performance pads (let us know) then don't go with any generic brand name pad. It is quite common for people down here in Mexico to do just that and they just do not hold up.

I got mine from Irontoad, good price and fast delivery. The clip that rxdriver is referring to has nothing to do with the new pads squeeking. It is the wear indicator, which is designed to contact the rotor and squeal when the pads are just about at the end of there life. The wear indicator must be removed from the old front pads and placed on the new. This only pertains to the front pads. The wear indicator is part of the pad frame on the rear ones. You will also want to re-use the shims which set on the back of the pad.
The Lexus pads do come in a red Toyota box, but no Toyota part #, only Lexus.
