This is the Lexus RX300 - 2000 / The car has 74K, there was nothing done to the car... there was a 60K service done last year, but I can't remember anything else. Now, the car will shift from 3rd to 4th
(40-55mph), and the new light comes on TRAC OFF...... Do you know if that is due to the first problem...
or the computer gets ctrazy.... Thanks for your input....

Looking at an RX330 manual (don't have a 300), the one thing all of those codes have in common as a possible cause is the coolant temp sensor. Does the temperature gauge seem to be working OK?
If you discard the P0125 code (coolant temp), then the possibilities also include the mass air flow (MAF) sensor , fuel injector blockage, or a fuel pressure problem.
The MAF sensor is a common source of issues on Toyota engines. It has been discussed on the forum a lot, and fortunately, you can usually clean it rather than replacing it. Search the forum for "MAF" for more details.
A dirty fuel filter might cause the fuel pressure problem. Has it ever been changed? If not, that's something else to consider.
