Default Amsoil transmission fluid

I know that a lot of people use and stand behind Amsoil for motor oil and gear oil, but does anyone have experience with the transmission fluid they have that is suppose to be T-IV replacement ? I've switched all oils that I can so far to Amsoil, and considering the ATF change now.
Let me hear any good/bad experiences with Amsoils ATF for Lexus RX300 transmission.

I can't comment on RX, but I use it in my supercharged GS with an upgraded tranny and it works great. No issues, have had it in approx 8 - 10 months I'd guess

Does the GS also specify Toyota ATF type T-IV ? or does it call for something else.

T-IV is specified for GS.
I'm also thinking of doing the Amsoil stuff instead of T-IV. Mobil also makes a syn replacement.

Cool

I just did a 'drain & fill' with Amsoil synthetic ATF in my ES....no problems.

RX300 AWD has 16 qts of ATF, you can only drain and fill 4 qts. Use Toyota Type IV if you are still under powertrain warranty so Lexus won't deny your claim if your tranny blows.
