So I over stuffed the glove box and knocked this black felt pad out of it. I can't for the life of me figure out where it belongs but BOY does this glove box rattle.

I will try to get a pic tonight of the pad, does anyone know where its supposed to go, roof of glove box? Maybe the front, maybe underneath?

I feel your pain.
What year is your car? I haven't seen a felt pad of any large size on mine. but geeez, my gbox has been rattling for a year or more but I haven't taken it in yet - several TSBs on this for the earlier models, check out ALLDATA.
I'd hoped they'd fixed this problem, I need to check on the '03. Arghhh. This rattly noise is really annoying.

I have a 2000. I think all the complaints sent Lexus to develop something for the 2000 or it was a TSB fix. If I find out where it goes I'll let you know, my box was silent before that pad fell off.
