Lexus Delivery Experience

That's still very vague, and we still don't know what your complaints were, nor how they were "handled," nor do we know what you bought at the point of sale for "several thousand dollars" more, nor do I know what a RIP OUT Room is, and I don't think anybody understands why "Honda's" has an apostrophe but "Toyotas" does not.
Also, if the salesman and the sales manager were above reproach, who is "the dealer" who was so negligent as recounted in your original post. I have always dealt only with the salesman from initial inquiry until delivery, when I would also deal with the finance/paperwork office and the delivery/technical specialist who gives the initial explanation of how the basic controls work.
All of the conversations you mention in your original post are conversations I would have had with my salesman, who would have taken care of everything on the list (as he does not get paid until Mr. Green shows up). Basically, your experience still seems quite unusual.

1) Sorry for the missing character Tfischer. Toyota's are now fixed.
2) I still have to get the things that I ordered installed because they were not ordered/installed when I picked up the car, even after I sent emails to the salesperson and sales manager and visited the dealer 2 times before I picked up the car.
3) I actually ordered and worked the sale with the Sales Manager not the Salesperson.
4) RIP OUT room in a term I use for the after sale where they try and get extra $$$ on things you may or may not need. i.e. extended warranty.
I apologize to anyone who may be offended by the fact I wasn't 100% satisfied with my delivery.

1) You fixed the wrong one. Now both are possessives, while a plural is what you want. (You buy several Hondas if you like Honda's offerings.)
4) As for the rip room, I usually sit down with the salesman and go through the brochure and the various options lists and indicate how I want the car configured at the outset. That way nobody takes advantage of my lack of backbone and excess of adrenalin on delivery day.
