So, not only am I a new member here, but last night I purchased my first Lexus, the 2015 RC 350 F-Sport. It's Ultra White with the Rioja Red interior. I pick it up sometime today and I am VERY excited!
I initially went to Lexus to look at the Convertible (IS C) but it was love at first site when I saw the 350. About 8 years ago I had downsized from a Infinite G35 coupe to my current Accord Coupe which will be handed down to my son with 97,000 miles on it. I have never had a problem with my Accord and am hoping Lexus meets those same high quality standards.
Dealer said that he gets about 4 of these cars a month (and he's the busiest dealer in the Tri-State) and they run out the door. When I looked online, most dealers in the area didn't even have any in stock.
Picked up my RC 350 last night from the dealer after 2 hours of waiting, signing and other bull...
didn't have a chance to take any pics to post - and of course it rained and sleeted in NY today! Damn!
Congratulations on bagging your first Lexus, and a fine one indeed. We're looking forward to your pics and impressions, since you are a veteran coupe owner.
Just noticed my posting listed the car as an "R" sport which is obviously a typo.
Finally took some pics - it's been raining in NY since Monday when I picked up the car..and it's a little dirty. I think the Rioja Red is actually darker than shows in the pics...hope you like!
