The December to Remember deal in CA at the time for a "base model" RC350 (non-F Sport) for $589/mo. and $1864 down.

Los Angeles, CA purchased in Mid November - First White and Red in CA. What's crazy is I drive all the time everywhere in LA and have yet to see another RC on the street! The car turns heads every two seconds and people are always giving thumbs up and yelling LOL! Awesome car - I agree that you won't find many discounts due to the car being hot and new. I don't see the $400-500 range until the end of the year or so.
Thanks for this info as I am looking at the same exact type of lease in about 2 months...even the same color! If you have the residual and money factor that would be great. I was at the dealer (in FL) a few weeks ago and they had a "special" sign on one of the F sports (MSRP of $52k). $600/month for 30 months with $4700 down...only 7500 miles/year..PLUS taxes, fees, etc!! What the H?? Nothing special about that deal at all and I even said that to one of the sales guys. I got the "oh we're selling these as they come off the truck" comment which is BS as I have been keeping track of their inventory....in fact I know 3 of the dozen cars in inventory have been on the lot for 2 months....go figure

Insurance isn't that bad tho - I only pay $103/mo full coverage with $50K/100K $500 collision and $0 comprehensive
Kamikaze84: Your negotiation and patience paid off because your lease sounds like a good deal.

At the end of last year, I was given a quote at MSRP for 36 months, 12k, 64% residual, .0016 MF. The down payment was $1,800, which included the first month's payment, registration and the bank fee.

It would be great if you could post the sales price, residual and money factor when you have a chance. I was also wondering how you managed to obtain a down payment of $1k?

Thinkwell - Do you mind sharing what the monthly number was on your quote? My rough calc would be $650 before taxes with those numbers? I assume none of the $1800 went to cap cost reduction? I will be looking at same term/mileage....thanks!

Flic1: The monthly lease payment would be $711/mo, or $658/mo before tax, for a $52,200 MSRP F Sport in California.

You're correct about the down payment not going towards cap cost. Here’s the breakdown: $711 (First payment) + $429 (Registration) + $700 (Bank Fee) = $1,840 (Total down payment)

I am guessing that Kamikaze84 received a money factor lower than .0016, or the cap cost was reduced in order to obtain a $640/mo lease.

Wow. You got it at invoice?? That's awesome! I live in Houston and dealers down here are still quoting me at MSRP and acting like it's a joke that I'm asking for a more realistic price! Hoping to get some better pricing from them within a month or two though.

The dealers around MA don't offer much discount. I'm looking to get an Fsport too and wonder if I should buy 1 out of state and get it shipped to me. Probably too much hassles though....

I paid $300 under invoice for my rc350 in northern VA. There is some tough competition around here..and my dealer has 24 in stock.
