no

nuluxe is better than leather IMO - doesnt scratch/wrinkle as easily, dont have to condition it, grippier. Passengers couldnt tell it was synthetic leather anyways until I told them.

Interesting. It is extremely rare in the industry to introduce a new color and keep the same name (more or less). I'm guessing the updated version does not have purple in it, like 1.0 did.

infrared and USB 2.0 have 4 stages - base silver coat, clear coat, translucent blue/red, clear coat, and baked twice. Thats how both colors shine up so much. Going to be expensive if you have to do repainting. If you get these colors definitely get some paint protection film.
