Replaced Brembo with Rotora...

I had a friend that wrecked his Subaru on track because of a Rotora BBK failure. Sure it's anecdotal but I wouldn't trust that brand over a proven Brembo package. If you were looking for better stopping power, I'd simply replace the pads and maybe the rotors, and paint the calipers for show if you are inclined.

But to each their own

What are we talking $$$ wise? Looks Good, but i'll probably just end up painting the Brembos (i ended up trying the Brakeing Procedure & they don't seem to be squealing as much as they were & to me it doesn't get much better than Brembos, but Dang 45 lbs. is 45 lbs.! Would Definitely be a Great Start to cutting some Weight

Brembo / Alcon are the best made, anything other then that is a downgrade.

I’m sorry to hear that, hopefully that doesn’t happen to me!

Thanks! Yea 45lbs. of rotational weight is about 135lbs. static weight savings so it’s going to be a huge difference for this car!

Where did you get your carbon license plate frame at? I’m trying to find one that has a nice quality build to it.

It is priced at $14k-$15k, priced similar to other carbon ceramic brake systems out there.

The plate frames are of really nice quality and the mounting technique is unique!

Here's a quick iPhoto..... The pic has no detail on the carbon fiber but it matches the interior's carbon trim quite well.

Those brakes better be: 1) zero dust, 2) zero squeal, 3) 100mph to zero on a dime

Nice! I went ahead and bought one, thanks!

As for the Carbon Brake System, I know it's not worth the cost, but I believe it is one of the biggest mods you can do right now in terms of performance until someone gets forced induction working correctly and safely on this car, so I'm all for it!
