RCF vs C7 Corvette?
Anyone test drive these back to back? I know we are comparing an all out sports car to a luxury GT, but still would be curious to see people's take on it.

We are fortunate enough to own both.
Thoroughly enjoy both.
Both have performance capabilities that far exceed my abilities .........and I have enough imagination to realize it.
The RC-F is roomier, seems to be more " refined" and the quality of the materials seems to be higher. From a seat of the pants perspective, it seems to be faster than quick. It is obviously roomier.
The C-7 impresses me as being more "immediate", the steering and the acceleration particularly.
The C-7 is louder.
The C-7 is better on a trip than I expected.
We thoroughly enjoy both of them.
Dislikes? I really dislike the tires on both of them. The cup holders in the C-7 are way too shallow..........yeah, yeah, a nit I know but you can't appreciate that until a full cup of HOT coffee spills into your lap in a turn. I would prefer a manual transmission in the RC--F. Both are somewhat larger than I would have liked.
GT vs sports car? Ummm, I think it is more a matter of balance. The RC-F is more of a GT while the C-7 is more of a sports car............but both, in my opinion, function very well in either role.
My wife prefers the RC-F.
If you have any specific questions, I will be happy to try and answer them.

Agreed on all points. Friend has the C7 with the Z51 package and the carbon roof. Car is wicked fast and handles, quite well. I agree the C7 is a sport car that has capabilities that far exceed most drivers.
Have another friend that owns a Z06 and on a recent trip to streets of Willow, I sat passenger while my friend drove the track one word...... insanity!!!!!!!
Friend was a great driver and the car was simply a beast on the track...he literally flogged the **** out of the car and it was asking for MORE

If I want to give points by, RC F. Oh wait. Can't fit in the RC F with a helmet on. Guess no track days in that one.
If I want to get points by, Corvette. Yup, fit in it well with a helmet on. Definitely built for people who want to track.
