Props on the work, they did a great job. Love the color as well.
Agree with previous comments regarding logo.
Not a huge fan of the blue calipers. Reminds me of neon lighting in the wheel well. I wouldn't went black and had a Lexus color matched blue sticker to stand out from the black,

Most importantly, make sure he has a big and impressive portfolio. My RCF was in the bay along with a McLaren and a Bentley (he only does one at a time, but they were waiting in the wings). So make sure he's done many high end cars before he touches yours.
And finally, yes, it will totally protect the original paint job.

i like it... more pics please. the reason why the F badge looks cheesy is because it sits in a huge hole... maybe fill in the hole and then place the F badge there, or make the hole smaller to where the F badge fits snug in there... or fill in the hole and leave it blank... everyone already knows it's an RC F... nah it would look cheesy no matter what... put the Lexus badge back in.
